The Transformation Committee (TransCo) operates under the following terms of reference:

▪ Supervise the various Sub-Committees (SubCos) involved in the DCMD Project

▪ Review the initiatives and actions plans developed by the SubCos, report to SteerCo on these action plans and key initiatives

▪ Ensure that project implementation remains on track
