The DCMD Project Office (DCMD-PO), set-up to serve as a centralised, coordinating resource within FMDQ Group provides a focal point for driving the implementation of the DCMD Project.

The DCMD-PO is positioned to identify and address project management issues to support and facilitate the achievement of DCMD Project outcomes on the development of the DCM.

The DCMD-PO has the overall responsibility of developing a detailed DCM Transformation Blueprint, as well as tracking the implementation trajectory for all DCMD resolutions and initiatives. The DCMD-PO serves to control governance and oversight of sub-projects, and ensures that sub-projects are being implemented based on the overall DCMD Project Transformation Plan.
