The terms of reference of the Steering Committee (SteerCo) are as follows:

▪ Challenge options and seek alternative strategies for achieving overall project objectives

▪ Make critical decisions regarding the implementation of key initiatives that will engender the rapid transformation of the Nigerian DCM

▪ Liaise with government and regulatory agencies to push through the required reforms

▪ Oversee the activities of the other Committees
